In addition to the PT sessions, I'm also taking boxing class with Bee. I've been training with Coach Jack for almost a year. My favorite parts are my glutes and shoulders. The muscle definition has become so much more obvious. I originally had scoliosis and wanted to improve my back muscle strength and balance.
Coach Jack is always motivating and encouraging me. He’s very well-planned. Every time I come in, he’s already designed a customized program for me, and he corrects the small details I don’t notice myself.

I work in banking, mostly sitting at a desk since I’m in the back office. My goal is to get fitter and more toned, as my muscles used to be quite loose.
I love swimming because I think it’s the most low-impact sport. I set myself a goal of swimming 1000 meters. Before I started training, I would need to rest five or six times to finish 1000 meters. Now, after training, I only need to rest two or three times.
Coach Tyri is really attentive. She explains every step clearly, which helps me perform better.
I used to work out on my own, but my form wasn’t great and I got injured easily. I was visiting a physiotherapist regularly, so I decided to get a personal trainer for guidance.
I like following celebrities and taking photos with a big camera. Before training, my hands would shake when I held up the camera. Since I started strength training, my camera is much more stable, and my photos and videos turn out really well.
