Senior Strength & Mobility Program
This type of training focuses on increasing muscle mass and reducing body fat, helping trainees achieve their ideal physique by combining weight training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
The coach will design a personalized plan based on the trainee's individual needs and guide them on the correct movements to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Enhance Sport Performance
This training aims to help athletes improve their performance in specific sports, such as running, tennis, golf, swimming, basketball, and so on. By analyzing the athlete's needs, the coach will develop a targeted training plan, focusing on the comprehensive improvement of speed, strength, agility, and endurance to achieve peak competitive performance.

Hyrox Training
This is a training model that combines endurance and strength, incorporating multiple functional sports such as running, rowing, and various physical challenges. Coaches will provide professional guidance to help trainees complete comprehensive physical challenges within an hour, enhancing their physical fitness and willpower.

Physio Service
Professional physical therapy aims to help injured or chronically pained students regain function. Physical therapists work with coaches to provide personalized rehabilitation plans that combine exercise and rehabilitation techniques to promote physical recovery and functional improvement.

Gymnastic (Hand Stand)
This training focuses on enhancing core strength, balance, and flexibility. The coach will provide step-by-step guidance to help trainees master handstand techniques, starting with basic balance training and eventually achieving a full handstand, thereby increasing confidence and body control.

Prenatal and Postnatal exercise training
This training program is specifically designed for pregnant women to promote healthy pregnancies and smooth postpartum recovery. Prenatal training focuses on strengthening core stability, improving posture, and alleviating discomfort during pregnancy, helping expectant mothers maintain their energy levels. Postpartum training emphasizes restoring physical strength, improving cardiovascular function, and promoting mental well-being. Coaches will provide customized exercise plans based on each participant's physical condition and stage of pregnancy, ensuring all movements are safe and effective.

Women's Body Sculpting Program
This training program is tailored to women's physiological characteristics and fitness goals, including strengthening core muscles, improving posture, and body shaping.
Coaches will design targeted courses emphasizing strength training, flexibility, and endurance, encouraging women to build confidence and pursue health through fitness.

Boxing Transformation
This is a full-body workout that combines aerobic and strength training, focusing on improving explosiveness, flexibility, and endurance. The coach will instruct students on correct boxing techniques and defensive stances, while also enhancing mental fortitude and confidence. It is suitable for students of all fitness levels.

Rehabilitation
Designed specifically for sports injury rehabilitation, this program integrates physical therapy and sports training. Coaches will develop personalized training plans based on the injury situation to help trainees safely regain their athletic ability, strengthen relevant muscle groups, and prevent future injuries.
