Hi, my name is Lauria. My fitness goal is to get toned before my wedding day, especially to sculpt my arms and back. The only thing harder than finding the perfect wedding dress is finding really good personal trainer.
 
Luckily, I've been training with Mickey for over three months now, and the experience has been exceptional. He created a customized workout plan for me. He's been monitoring my progress closely and just giving a lot of support and guidance throughout my fitness journey.
 
In addition to the PT sessions, I'm also taking boxing class with Bee. It started off as a goal to increase my cardio level, but I really love boxing now because it's such a fun workout and stress reliever. Apart from being a professional boxer, Bee is an amazing coach. He has piqued my interest in boxing and keeps pushing me beyond my limit.

My name is Vishal. My fitness goal is to be strong, look good, be healthy, not fall sick, and have good energy each day. GymTown has good facilities, it’s very clean, and that’s why I chose GymTown. I did a trial session with Mickey, and I liked his style and his inputs, and I’ve been with him for almost 100 sessions now. Motivation is a good reason to come to the gym. Obviously, at my age, I don’t want to be injured. Plus, now that I’m satisfying a lot, I want maximum returns. So, working with a personal trainer helps you maximize the benefits you get from going to the gym.

我邀請埋我老婆兒子女兒一起,家人們覺得整個過程都是很好。Elvis 帶領我們,訓練的過程是比較有系統性的訓練。對運動認知多了很多,飲食方面全家一起去吃同一樣東西,整個過程比較暢順。
最特別印象:機器全部都很漂亮,整個裝修也很特別。在健身室做的氛圍令你做得特別開心金這也是一個很重要的因素。

我個名係Jacky 今年43歲 三個月完成咗我減肥嘅目標 我由之前體重82kg 減到而家74kg 
Body fat 26% 減到而家20% 
Coach Jack無論係訓練嘅技巧上 以至到Diet 上面 都俾咗好多Advice 我 令到成個training progam係非常之有效 佢會引導我去明白 點樣喺飲食同埋運動上面 可以攞得一個更加健康嘅平衡 
我嘅自信心真係提升咗好多 以前唔敢著緊身衫 而家都會拎返出嚟著 以前好容易就腰酸背痛 隔個禮拜我就需要去按摩 同埋去睇鐵打 而家我已經冇去過睇醫生

我最鍾意自己嘅屁股啦同埋膊頭 我線條有明顯咗增長 本身我自己有脊椎側彎 想改善我背部嘅肌肉量同埋平衡 教練成日推動我 鼓勵我 好有planning 每一次嚟到佢都會幫我design好啲program 會幫我執返仔細嘅位 自己唔留意嘅地方呀

我叫Stephanie 咁我就喺銀行度做嘅 平時都係坐喺度比較多因為後臺做嘢 目標就係想fit啲 firm 啲 因為自己啲肉都比較鬆


平時我鍾意游水,我覺得游水係最冇負擔嘅運動 我有set個goal 係游1000米就完啦 咁我未做運動之前啦 我就可能會游1000米都要抖成五六次氣先游完成個1000米 但係做完運動之後呢 可能抖兩三次就已經可以游完啦 coach Tyri真係好細心教我 同埋每個step都會清清楚楚 講得好明白 我先會做到更加好,我之前有出去自己做運動 但我覺得自己做嘅所有動作比較唔正確,容易受傷 成日都去睇物理治療 所以決定要搵personal trainer去指導我


我有追明星習慣,我會用大相機去追星影相啦 咁未做運動之前呢 我舉起相機其實都會手震嘅 但自從做完力量訓練,舉起相機真係穩定好多 d片好靚。

我叫 Pamela,我就嚟結婚,想係wedding 果陣最靚啦,所以搵咗GymTown教練幫手解決身形體態問題。Jan 一直鼓勵我令我可以堅持大半年,6個月嘅時間明顯進步咗好多,身形線條靚咗,條腰幼咗臀部提升咗好多,努力付出嘅效果真係幾好。

Hello 我係Jennie
我係一位瑜珈老師,教左19年。同Jeffrey 練習已經有4年時間。上堂時間好開心,係教學上感受到教練好認真。
佢有一系列訓練課表,每一次練習都會好投入,令到我每一次練習都能夠有系統性地針對身體不同地方。見到Gym Town現場氛圍每一個人都好認真 ,令我都會更加認真。教練同學生既關係好融洽。有時候仲會出去跑步,教練同學生會一齊參加比賽,例如Hyrox。感受到每一位教練既心態都好好。
