Hi, my name is Lauria. My fitness goal is to get toned before my wedding day, especially to sculpt my arms and back. The only thing harder than finding the perfect wedding dress is finding really good personal trainer.
Luckily, I've been training with Mickey for over three months now, and the experience has been exceptional. He created a customized workout plan for me. He's been monitoring my progress closely and just giving a lot of support and guidance throughout my fitness journey.
In addition to the PT sessions, I'm also taking boxing class with Bee. It started off as a goal to increase my cardio level, but I really love boxing now because it's such a fun workout and stress reliever. Apart from being a professional boxer, Bee is an amazing coach. He has piqued my interest in boxing and keeps pushing me beyond my limit.

我叫Stephanie 咁我就喺銀行度做嘅 平時都係坐喺度比較多因為後臺做嘢 目標就係想fit啲 firm 啲 因為自己啲肉都比較鬆
平時我鍾意游水,我覺得游水係最冇負擔嘅運動 我有set個goal 係游1000米就完啦 咁我未做運動之前啦 我就可能會游1000米都要抖成五六次氣先游完成個1000米 但係做完運動之後呢 可能抖兩三次就已經可以游完啦 coach Tyri真係好細心教我 同埋每個step都會清清楚楚 講得好明白 我先會做到更加好,我之前有出去自己做運動 但我覺得自己做嘅所有動作比較唔正確,容易受傷 成日都去睇物理治療 所以決定要搵personal trainer去指導我
我有追明星習慣,我會用大相機去追星影相啦 咁未做運動之前呢 我舉起相機其實都會手震嘅 但自從做完力量訓練,舉起相機真係穩定好多 d片好靚。
